I had the same issue, I`ve update to latest msi realtek drivers and after that "Realtek Audio Console" disappear and cant be installed again from Microsoft store. Solution was to rollback to previous version of Realtek Audio drivers. Working Realtek driver version: 6.0.9071.1. Driver version where Realtek Control Panel missing: 6.0.9102.1.
