A working model for the 2sk170 (basically one half of 2sk389) is available together with the commercial simulation software HSPICE from Avant!. Unfortunately I cannot post it here because it is proprietary information. But if you have a chance to get your hands on a HSPICE installation you will find it in the library directory.

There's little if anything worth considering any more as a replacement for 2SK170 among the standard industry JFETs. In some applications, 2N/PN4091 or 4391 can be adapted but genuine parts aren't available in TO92 or TO18 sizes any more so you're still relying on over-priced remnants of remaining stock, high-priced copies from Linear Systems or fake NOS parts.

Sipi je to onomad rekao kada sam isto pitao za 2SK363 (kojih btw imam u izobilju) pa ako zaglavite tražeći 2SK170 i ne nađete ništa šta vam bi bilo po volji, imam viška 2SK363 od kojih neku količinu mogu rado da ustupim ako nekome treba za neki buffer ili slično.
