    Jan 20, 2021 #1 Hi, We have a client with a 3CX PBX that is having a problem. Calls to external users work well, but, suddenly, internal calls have no sound. This system has been in place and working well for ~6 months. The PBX is cloud-hosted, not on premise. There is no SBC. They use Fanvil IP phones provisioned through 3CX.

    We have an hosted 3CX, latest version, with 4 Yealink T46S phones. 3 of the phones can't call internally each other, it does ring, but no sound. What's strange is that one (and only 1) of the extensions can call and be called by all the others, sound is OK. The extensions and phones have the exact same configuration...     The problem is there are no sounds when we pick up the phone. If we restart all 3CX services it will work again for a week or so. It only happens with external incoming calls, outgoing and internal calls are working fine. As a workaround currently we have to schedule to restart all 3CX services overnight, however I'd like to apply a permanent fix if possible.
