Precision : it's not a "One Way Audio Issue", but a "NO WAY audio issue", for internal or external calls... 2nd test : in our office, we tryed to connect the unused extension : same problem than for the other remote extension !     Today at lunch I set the phone up to use the proxy tunnel. I tested it and it worked. It worked for about 4 hours and then they had the one-way audio problem again.     Turned off SIP ALG. Enabled "PBX Delivers Audio" on all extensions. Set up QOS rules. Set up the 3CX SBC on a machine at our remote site. Ran the firewall checker and made sure all the right ports are visible at the PBX location. I'm now trying to set up port forwarding rules for each respective machine.
