The problem is there are no sounds when we pick up the phone. If we restart all 3CX services it will work again for a week or so. It only happens with external incoming calls, outgoing and internal calls are working fine. As a workaround currently we have to schedule to restart all 3CX services overnight, however I'd like to apply a permanent fix if possible.

Hi, I got a new phone (Moto G4 Play) and wanted to set up my SIP account. (pbxes.org with two sip lines) I tried both 3CX and Zoiper Lite, I can establish a call, but I don't get any audio through - both directions. Just silence. Do you have any clues? Recommendations for other apps? Could it be something with Android permissions?
