Of course, the pentode/tetrode could also be operated triode mode which, I think, usually comes out 30-40ish mu. The 6BQ7/6BZ7 is another TV tuner tube like the 6BK7, but with a 400mA heater. There are 'one buck' 5V (actually 5.6V) versions of those too with 450mA heaters vs 600 for the 5BK7 (which is actually 4.7V).
