FWIW, and this may not apply at all to the 845 - I had an Art Audio PX25 amp that I loved, but recently sold. I did a lot of tube rolling with this amp. At the time, when I bought the amp, the KR's performed really well for a "new production" tube. Somewhere along the way they changed the tube and it was a noticeably less robust construction.
