In avidemux use the option video/audio output: 'copy' .. like sekininsha said, use TSmuxer to add an audio track to your ts file. Again the same story. I tried Avidemux again, tried TSmuxer, they both change the bitrate of the video. I even didn't add another audio track, just saved it as .ts file.
