It looks like Adire is keeping it simple and clean. The Signature versions of the 10.1 include Cardas binding posts and internal wiring, updated crossovers using Auricaps, and slightly larger, more heavily braced cabinets. Compared to comparably priced store-bought speakers, you are getting a heck of a lot for your money.
