After the export, I opened Encore CS6 and imported the MPEG video (.m2v) and WAV audio (.wav) files. I then created a new timeline and dropped these 2 files onto it. The sequence plays perfectly in Encore! OK; I'm ready to burn the disc. I click on the Build tab and select Format: DVD, Output: DVD disc.

You could set the audio button link to change the audio track but remain in the menu, then set playback from a different menu (and provide a link to this menu).
