Hello! I recently updated my premiere to v.12.1.1. and now have a issue where when i try to import video files (.mp4, shot on Sony a7sII), some of the files show up just as audio.. I tried to import through drag and drop, and the import window to no avail.

Hello, I am having troubles in importing a video to Premiere Pro. The problem is, that I don't get an audio track after importing. It's missing somehow! I had the same problem with a video I downloaded from Vimeo. What fixed it for me was the following: Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>File Explorer Options>View>Uncheck "hide extensions for known file types". Then go to the file and change the file extension to .mov (or an alternate video extension)
