I am also having the same issue with running AirParrot, but I have installed the windows 8.1 preview. I've tried running in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and Windows 7 but neither worked. We took another PC with Windows 8 and it ran fine, what in 8.1 would prevent the app from pushing the video to Apple TV through AirParrot? Please help.
