On the motor pulley too, where it contacts the belt. You might want to try asking on the forums at audiokarma and vinylengine for help with the switch. People there tend to be pretty knowledgeable. Looking at the turntable it looks very similar to some "White CEC" and Project/One turntables I've seen. It was possibly made by CEC in Japan for Akai.
