The M-Audio Keyrig 49 is also in your price range, looking at your selections, as is the Samson Carbon 49. If you can save up maybe $50 more, I'd go for the Alesis QX49 as to me it is much better quality, or possibly the M-Audio Oxygen 49. Keep in mind I generally prefer more solid, heavier/stiffer keys like on my Xboard 61.
