Try changing your device audio capture in Amarec to 44100khz and set the Live tab also to 44100khz and see if that resolves it. If not, then it could be a problem with XSplit.

Depends on your device and what codecs you have installed on your system. As far as I'm aware the last version of AmarecTV that doesn't require you to buy their custom codecs is v3.10. I found this by rooting around on the Japanese website and looking at the links before clicking on them.
