After much tinkering, I was finally able to get AmarecTV to work with the following settings. I don't actually have anything running to the audio inputs on my Dazzle, but if I selected (not used) for the audio capture device I didn't get any sound on my recordings. Putting this here in case anyone else has similar problems.
