You can test this pretty easily by dragging a song out of iTunes to, your Desktop say, and then drag it from the Desktop into a Project in Aperture. When you are choosing music for your slideshow, choose Aperture Audio to find the song in Aperture and drag it to the filmstrip as you would normally. Let us know if that works. 🙂
