If I enable UHD on the HDMI port that my receiver is plugged into, it disables Atmos and Dolby Digital and triggers the PCM only audio. When I disabled the UHD it enabled Atmos. PCM is just a lossless conversion that the ATV does. Rather than Atmos over eARC which currently only works for their lossy Dolby format. You lose Atmos info with (TrueHD) lossless to PCM but on a sound bar it probably won’t matter much, PCM will be the better quality if it’s coming from a TrueHD or lossless source. -1
