I've used Arcsoft Showbiz previously with little problem. However, now when I try to use it for capturing gameplay with my "MyGica Capit" from older consoles I only get the audio and no video. It happens no matter if I set it to NTSC or PAL (which I found playing with these settings used to help resolve this problem before).
