If you had general sound problems I would suggest trying to find a more appropriate driver, but if the sound problem is specific to Arma2 I'm not sure how to help you. The sound options in Arma2 are limited to setting the volume. You could try having a look in your ArmA2Profile for the audio settings. Take a look in your My Documents folder.
