Poor audio quality. By Rinnai America. I am exporting text-to-speech audio and the quality is off. It sounds like a bitrate issue, but I don't know how to adjust for that. I know how to if I am publishing, but I am not, only exporting the audio. Thanks for the help.

Last week I was recording with SnagIt but was having issues with SnagIt, so used Articulate Replay instead, which was working great. Then beginning of this week, had to switch back from Articulate Replay to SnagIt, because then the sound quality for Articulate Replay was suddenly poor but SnagIt started working beautifully.

Anyone else out there have poor audio quality of mp3 files when they import them into Storyline 3? I have recorded directly into Adobe Audition but when I imported it into Storyline I hear crackling and popping. I went back and listened to it in audition on the MacBook Pro I recorded it on and it was stereo quality, no crackling and popping.

If that happens, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 kHz PCM WAV for the best results. You can use your favorite editor to convert your audio files. Not sure where to start?
