The difficulty I have is that it is when content reviewers, who do not have an Articulate License, review the published product on their home PC I get comments about sound quality. One person then viewed the course on my computer and said the sound quality was much better. Another viewed it on an IPad and again the sound improved.

Poor audio quality. By Rinnai America. I am exporting text-to-speech audio and the quality is off. It sounds like a bitrate issue, but I don't know how to adjust for that. I know how to if I am publishing, but I am not, only exporting the audio. Thanks for the help.
