No audio on asf files but video is OK. I record video files using my Aiptek MPVR CB+ video recorder and when I play them back from the memory card using Media Player and Windows 7, the video plays good but there is no audio. I checked to see if the speakers are turned up and they are. I'm using an HP laptop. This thread is locked.

London. Jun 13, 2005 at 3:10 PM. #1. I have a Panasonic DMR-E100H DVD & hard disk recorder that also records onto SD card. The output is an ASF video file format with G726 mono audio codec. My XDAII will play the video via Windows Media Player 9 for Pocket PC but there is no built in G726 decoder, so there is no sound produced.
