The other two I have on an ASUS and MSI flavour 8600GTS and both work. If you want HD audio then Intel IGP's can do multi-channel PCM over HDMI (that's as good as it gets). For ATi and NVIDIA, get your mini-jack to stereo phono cables out I too am looking forward to HDMI 1.3 making an appearance on a graphics card. It will happen. Sometime in 08.

Theres a spdif input on the 8600gt which you run your motherboards spdif out to and thats how you get audio over hdmi. If your card doesnt have a spdif header which some 8XXX series dont then ya kindia scewed.
