I Found Realtek_Audio_Driver_Win10-64bit_V6.0.1.8273_20180307 its from the ASUS PRIME Z370-A, just search under AUDIO from official asus site. After Complete install, deinstall all SONIC related Software (Sonic Radar and Sonic studio and audio related things from ASUS) Open Autostart in Taskmanager and set REALTEK HD-AUDIO MANAGER to DEACTIVATE.

FWIW I've had my Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED i9 UX582 since July 8. I use it for many hours every day. My sound quality is excellent and much better than I expected. There is no buzzing sound. I do have some expected fan noise when using DaVinci Resolve Studio and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop.

G752VY Speaker crackling and popping. I have the (seemingly common) crackling and/or popping sound (edited to add buzzing, which is probably more accurate) problem on my G752VY.
