You need to download the latest drivers for the HD 3650 since the HDMI audio output is through the video driver supplied by AMD/ATI. The version on the Dell support site is quite old. Yeah 75Hz was PC to HDTV, It is set to 50Hz for going into AVP and out to TV. Which is now working fine going via DVI cable with HDMI adapter. But the main issue now is whether the ATI 5450 card is faulty or not, and if not can I get audio passthrough with the DVI/HDMI setup ?
