Its so strange how this would work perfectly on windows 7, but now it wont on windows 8. I have gone into sound playback, and even though my hdmi is plugged in, it still says "Digital Audio (HDMI) High Definition Audio Device Not plugged in" so i cant even select it to make it my default, but its a shame because win 7 would do that for me.
