After rebooting, the new behavior was restored: I can now play sound from Audacity and/or YouTube, simultaneously if I wish; or from Tartini; but never from Audacity and Tartini, or YouTube and Tartini, at the same time. same problem here after updating to 1.1.7. and it's affecting not only audacity, but ardour and other audio editors as well. ardour tells me about error with alsa, qtractor the same. so i think, they definitely broke alsa for good. hope they'll see this and fix in the near future
