It comes with an AC power adapter and the output voltages are positive and negative 14 volt dc. When I checked on the output I found that it had zero volts. This means the adapter is the cause of the problem.

I had a bunch of Audio Alchemy DAC's over the years.... The tip is +12VDC, the middle is -12VDC and the Ground is the cable end. The standard power supply (no load) would measure +/-15VDC or so while the upgraded PS would measure +/-16VDC (no load). I believed hooked up to DAC, they measured +/-13VDC and +/-14VDC respectively.
