As far as I know, no software player will natively read in BIN/CUE of audio CD's and play them. Now, if you mounted the image with, say, VirtualClone Drive, VLC, if it supports playing audio CD's (I don't know.), would play the image file as a virtual drive, if the image file isn't corrupt.

not sure about the turbo grafx but its probably the same deal, the nicest way would be single bin/cue pairs. I have some Sega CD "full" isos and they don't seem to work with CD audio properly. I also have a ton of Bin/Iso combos which also don't seem to work either, the BIN file fails to load and the iso boots but again, no CD audio.
