Hopefully the Superclock 3 has all that. There is plenty of room inside the Bel Canto DAC2 for upgrades. I think it's pretty important to have side by side comparisons with stock vs. modded to hear the real difference. Placebo effect is just too strong. Especially if you fork over $300 to change one little part.

Also, we realised with earlier generation of Superclock that it is the low frequency noise which is crucial to audio performance. This is the sub 10 Hz noise, even as low as 0.1 Hz! The problem with this band of noise is that no commercially available regulator can provide low noise below 10 Hz.

A superclock will simply improve the digital output which might or might not give you better sound depending on your DAC. If someone can really mod the SB to have a wordclock input then a combination with a Univeral Audio 2192 DAC could be a killer combination.
