This is PRE-mastering. It should already basically sound like a finished commercial product at this point. When I finish the mastering process, the output of my limiter is set to -.6dB and I adjust the threshold accordingly. Bouncing out your mixdown at -16 or -18dB is WAY too low and will give you terrible s/n ratio.
