I have a series of MP4s where the Video runs faster than the Audio, it plays about 15% faster. For instance with one video the video finishes after 21 minutes 30 seconds while the audio continues for 24 minutes 40 seconds. The Audio is at the correct speed. So as the video runs the audio gets progressively more out of sync with the video.
