Audio works for me with the snap package on Ubuntu 19.10. The apt is also currently 73. Can you test a media snap like VLC and see if it also has audio issues? Go to Sound Settings and make sure the Firefox volume is set to an audible level. Go to about:profiles and create a new profile to eliminate that as a possible cause. Continue this thread
