Currently any hiss on your supply goes right into the amp (well, it's divided a bit). Something like 10 ohms into 10uF in parallel with 0.1uf ceramic and that feeds your 10K resistor. You might be better off with a well bypassed dual supply so you didn't need the bias resistors.
