So I’ve isolated the source of my hum to be the cable (no surprise there). I tried the suggested cable TV isolation transformer as suggested but it did not work. Had the same ground loop problem. You can get an isolation transformer (around $10) a small connector that connects the the cable to your box, but even with that, I still got a hum. I called Comcast bitched loudly and had them come out to properly ground their cable that comes into the house. That worked.
