Your feeding a DVI signal which doesnt have any sound. The way it should work for you , according to the manual , is you have a DVI to HDMI cable feeding the picture to HDMI one. Your 3.5 mm cable feeds the sound to the audio in ( rgb/DVI) port and then you should have picture and sound.

Hi, I've got a Samsung TV connect to the PC via VGA cable but I'm having trouble getting the PC sounds to work on the TV. I've tried: 1. 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male. 2. 3.5mm male to RCA (this works but not on the 'PC' channel) There's a port on the TV called 'PC/DVI AUDIO IN' but I can't find a cable that state 'PC/DVI AUDIO IN'.
