A line input selector (hereafter “LIS”) is a switch which selects between multiple line-level sources, such as CD, iPod, Tape, Tuner, etc. It provides a single output which may be routed to all amps or switched among them. A later article will cover an automatic amplifier switch. Design of the LIS.

Digital Audio Selector Switch Circuit Diagram As shown in the circuit diagram, the ten input signals numbered 1-10 are applied to the bases of transistors T1-T10 via capacitors C1-C10 respectively. The bias voltages for the transistors are obtained with the aid of R1-R10.
Input Selector - Neurochrome Audio
https://neurochrome.com/products/input-selector
The Input Selector is a relay-based input selector which supports the selection of one of up to six stereo inputs. It can be used as a passive preamp by adding a volume control, such as the Selector Switch & Volume Control. An active preamp, or a preamp with gain, can easily be implemented with this Input Selector by adding my Universal Buffer. This will result in a …

4013. 4066. switch. This stereo audio switch circuit allows that with only one switch to select one of the four stereo channels. The internal switching is made posible with CMOS components. Each switch input includes a voltage divider to allow the switch to work in the linear zone of the characteristics, this ensures low audio signal distorsions.

Thus you buffer each input before the selector. A 47k input impedance is highly susceptible to even < 1pF of coupling (at 20kHz 1pF is 8M, so a full strength HF signal will couple at about 45dB down to a 47k circuit if there's 1pF of coupling, but 120dB down to an 8 ohm circuit) Capacitive coupling is principly high frequencies only.

Input selector for SPDIF inputs. I don't know whether this has been asked before, but it'll be strange if it hasn't. I am thinking of designing (or even buying off the shelf) a simple 3-way or 4-way relay based input selector module and using it for selecting from 3 or 4 digital SPDIF inputs, and then feed the selected output to a DAC.
