The mencoder command I'm using is: Code: mencoder [input filename] -oac mp3lame -ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=-1 -vf scale -zoom -xy 320 -o [output.avi] The player I always use is VLC, so I don't have any codecs/packs installed other than what the installed version of it puts on my system.
