It seems that it works under Big Sur on intel based macbook, but not on the M1. -BCR is recognized properly in Audio Midi Setup. -input and output ports are created, and can be selected in apps. -input (from BCR to M1) works okay in CC and Sysex commands.

I installed 'Boom' on my 11" MBA to increase the volume on low level sources. It worked, but used an unacceptably large amount of CPU. I uninstalled it in the usual way, however I am left with an audio device called 'Boomdevice' (visible in the Audio MIDI setup utility). This doesn't seem to be affecting anything, but I would like to get rid of it.
