[MCL-9145] [1.5.2] Minecraft Has No Sounds - Jira
https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-9145

I have not done any tests with older / newer versions, but this issue seems to be unrelated to the 1.6.x problem of the launcher incorrectly placing sound files. I checked the resources\sound3 (FOLDERS GOES HERE), and all the folders are EMPTY.
