I can take an mp4 or MPEG-2 file that has no problems with the audio being out of sync with the video and put it in encore it is out of sync. burning BluRay with encore, no audio. So I have encore CS6 and a 1080p 23.98fps file. I brought it into encore, put it on the timeline - shows video and audio (I can play back the timeline and hear the audio). I click build/burn and it spends an hour or so transcoding (fine) and makes a DVD that looks right, but no sound.
