When the board is plugged in via USB, it mutes the onboard sound card on the PC. We have to plug in a 3.5mm audio lead from the headphone jack on pc to the line in on the board. Hi, I'm having issues with sound on one of our ActivBoard 300s. The board is connected and the pen works fine, but there is no sound. The on/off switch for the built in amplifier is neither red nor green. Does this indicate a broken part or simply the power cable has fallen out of the amp (I can't see any missing cables).
