NO SOUND. And, again, the headphone chord are/were totally disconnected. When I go to my volume control.. it wont let me do anything. It's like its blocked. However, when I plug in my headphones into the usb, everythings fine.. So now, I'm stuck with headphones only.

Audio not coming from main speakers at all but from headphones. I tried many solutions from the internet but what worked for me: Open Device Manager; Right-Click on IDT High Definition Audio CODEC or whatever your Sound-Card Driver is. Uninstall it. Scan for hardware changes. Let the system install the sound card and there you have it, sound!
