Hi everyone. I am having problem with audio going out of sync in Avid 7.2. I am importing avi file which was created by Premier 6.5 . If I import the same avi file in Liquid 6.1 the audio is in sync, what I have noticed that when the file was imported in Liquid 6.1 there was amessage saying extracting audio which I do not get when importing in Liquid7.2.

I've imported the AAF via import session data and the audio tracks are out of sync. I confirmed that the editor synced everything prior to sharing AAF with me. I attached a screenshot - you can see that the waveforms of the different microphones are not aligned and slip backwards out of sync as you go down each microphone track.

Select the Video subclip and Audio subclip in your bin, go to Clip–>Sync–>In Point. It will make a new clip of your video and audio and it should be in sync. Repeat with everything else.
