Suddenly getting lots of automatic audio-play ads coming on - mostly for household cleaning products, though some for vehicles. As for Firefox crashing so much, it could be your install, or more likely it is audio and other pop-up ads, too many trying to run at once will crash any browser. I don't know how many tabs you keep open and minimized, but I would try to keep it under 20, for each one a browser will need more memory.
