Because the a4.14 are bi-amp, so it could be one of the amps are broken. Do both speakers work (green and red led switches on)? One of mine had a corrupt bass-amp with a lot of distorsion. Sounded terrible. Also rotten foams on the woofers. So i had to repair it. Wasnt cheap but worth it. Audio pro gave me the circuit sheme for the speaker.
