Have resolved the audio on my laptop, it was just box tick in the sound menu, but the dvd/cd drive was not resolved and have reverted back to Windows 7 and so the dvd/cd drive has appeared again, so this points to a problem with Windows 10 and not the drivers. It is a Sony All in One computer.
