When I play something from the Nflix app, that says DD+, thats what my AVR receives when it begins playing even though the PS3 is set to LPCM. Thats very odd.

PS3 slim outputs bitstream great on my Blu Ray - I watched a movie in Dolby Atmos last night. I want the Vudu app on my PS3 Slim to also output in Bitstream, so I get Dolby Atmos on Vudu. So far no luck.

Re: PS3 Slim and Vudu audio problems Sony is aware of these issues (DD+, video formats). This is not VUDU specific. They will fix them for all VOD services on the PS3. We do not have any dates though. However, we did fix the volume issues with our last patch release . Please let us know if you still have issues with low volume.
