Tube bias for Audio Research Reference 110

I have an Audio Research Reference 110 with 1054 hours. I went to check the bias for the first time yesterday. There is a single control to adjust the bias for each set of two tubes. There is a total of 8 output tubes. The directions indicate to adjust the main tube to 65m and then check the secondary tube to make sure it is between 57 and 73.

Question about biasing a Reference 110 amplifier. I am a new owner of a used Reference 110. I am about to bias the output tubes. I understand the procedure but unsure about the bias pots. There are two circuit board pots at the other end of the board where the tubes are mounted. Are those the correct pots to adjust?

In addition to the eight 6550Cs, the Reference 110 uses four 6H30s. The output tubes are biased via test points and pots inside the amp. You'll need a digital volt/ohm meter to do this, but as shipped from the factory, the amp is properly biased.
